In this universe (like the MK canonical one) Raiden is the "staunch protector" of Earthrealm. He plans to combat Shang Tsung's Outworldian forces with the help of Earthrealm's mightiest warriors. His ideal battalion of champions would be the five man line-up of Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, Bi-Han, M. Bison & Ryu. Is that the final line-up he'll get? We shall see... (Now, I really don't want to hear any sexist bullshit regarding Raiden's choice in Earthrealm defenders, why are they all men? Because they're the most powerful beings in their respective universes. That's why, not because they're fucking men. I'm a girl for Christ's sake.) There will be bumps along the road for Raiden, but you'll have to stay tuned to find out what exactly those bumps are!
Raiden's Stage & Stage Fatality:
For Raiden's stage, I decided to go with the Sky Temple from MKX, I believe it was also featured in MK Deception/Unchained but it didn't play much of a role in the game's story. Raiden has not yet formed the White Lotus Society, but it will eventually show up in this game's campaign. When he does eventually outset the faction, the Sky Temple will become their HQ. As far as a stage fatality, I would like to re-create MK Deception's Sky Temple death trap. www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oxDpH… I don't want to opponent to just burst on impact though, seems too "unrealistic". Perhaps the fatality starts out with the victor kicking his/her opponent off the roof/(floor?) of the temple. They begin spiraling towards the ground at a high rate of speed. The opponent smashes into a few flag poles and columns as they continue to make thier plunge downwards. (Breaking bones and injuring themselves as they do so) The opponent eventually crashes into the floor head first while falling in a sort of upside down position. Raiden's Special Moves:
Lighting
-Raiden throws a bolt of electricity at his opponent. (Projectile)
Electrocute
-An alternate grab move where Raiden lifts the opponent up and sends volts of electricity through their body.
Electric Fly
-Raiden launches himself (palms first) at his opponent. (Can also be done in the air.) i.imgur.com/R70IwJv.jpg
Teleport
-Raiden teleports behind his opponent.
Vicinity Blast
-Raiden launches a blast of lighting in his general vicinity (about sweep distance) that damages the opponent if they're in range.
Fatalities:
Fall from the Heavens: Raiden grabs his opponent by their shoulders and teleports them into a cloudy gray sky. He lets the opponent fall and they begin to plunge towards the Earth. (There is an Easter Egg I included in this fatality that will only occur if Raiden's opponent can fly) Raiden's opponent makes their way through the dark gray clouds. The opponent passes through the clouds and sees a heap of rocks quickly approaching. freebigpictures.com/wp-content… the opponent smacks into the rocks resulting in most of their body being ripped apart. 25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lum… (This image is fake btw, it's from the movie "Final Destination 5") The camera then cuts to Raiden meditating in the Jinsei Chamber as the announcer exclaims "Raiden Wins! Fatality!"
Easter Egg!: If Raiden's opponent can fly, this will occur... Raiden drops his opponent as he does in the original fatality. The opponent falls for a bit before regaining their posture. They begin looking around to see where exactly Raiden took off to however they get blindsided by a rather large civilian aircraft. Because of the aircraft's high rate of speed, it completely obliterates the opponent upon impact. The camera then cuts to the plane's cockpit as the pilot asks his co-pilot "Did we just hit something?" the co-pilot then replies, "Probably a bird or something". The pilot nods his head as he takes a sip of his coffee and continues on with the flight. The camera stays in the plane's cockpit as the announcer proclaims "Raiden Wins! Fatality!”
Thunder Take You!: Raiden summons a thunder elemental (a being entirely made up of thunder and lightning, that would look something like this www.vgmuseum.com/mrp/cv-loi/en… minus the sword.) The elemental appears behind Raiden's opponent. Raiden and the elemental mirror each other and perform a short gesture with their hands before launching streams of electricity at the opponent. The opponent begins screaming in agony as their body begins burning up and chipping away. Raiden and the elemental perform another hand gesture strengthening their waves of electricity. The opponent lets out one final yell as the extra jolt of energy hits their body and they completely implode. media.giphy.com/media/FRUMa3dp… Raiden and his elemental then strike a pose together as the announcer remarks, "Raiden Wins! Fatality!"

These fatalities at times are the hardest thing to write on these bio-kards as my brain sometimes hates to be creative, hopefully you guys dig these!
Alternate Skins:
Like the rest of the MK cast, I gave Raiden all of his previous (classic) designs. And some of his newer ones as well (MK9, MKvDC etc.) The DLC skins are all per usual. For his Kosplay Skin I decided on “SHAZAM!” from DC Comics. Specifically his New 52/Injustice look.
